FIX: MDX query excecution takes longer than expected in SSDT in SQL Server 2012

Symptoms
Assume that you have a Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) query that contains query parameters in Microsoft SQL Server 2012. You execute the MDX query in Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT). In this situation, the execution of the MDX query takes longer than expected.

Cause
This issue occurs because repeated discover calls are made for the MDSCHEMA_Measures rowset.
