FIX: Bamalerts.exe and Sqlservr.exe processes consume excessive CPU resources after you install BizTalk Server 2013 and SQL Server 2012

When you set up a Microsoft BizTalk Server environment by installing Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 on a computer, the Bamalerts.exeand Sqlservr.exe processes consume excessive CPU resources.

Note If you manually end the Bamalerts.exe process, the Sqlservr.exe process uses less CPU resources.

This issue is caused by a code defect that occurs in the polling database.
