Activity isn't detected when you insert or remove an SD card in Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2
Consider the following scenario:
- You have a computer that's running Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2 and a device that has to check changes by polling.
- You connect the device to the computer through a USB connection.
- You insert an SD or Micro SD card into the device. Or, you remove an SD or Micro SD from the device.
This issue occurs because the asynchronous notification-supported flag isn't set correctly.
