Unable to use the Xbox Video app to play a movie on your Xbox game console in Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2
Consider the following scenario:
You have a device that is running Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2. You buy a movie from the Xbox Video marketplace on the device. You use the Xbox Video app to play the movie on your Xbox One or Xbox 360 game console.
In this scenario, the device cannot establish the connection to the game console.
