Symptoms
The government of Morocco has announced its DST transitions for the observation of Ramadan in 2014.
According to the announcement, the DST period will be interrupted during the Muslim month of Ramadan (3 A.M. on Saturday, June 28, 2014 to at 2 A.M. on Saturday, August 2, 2014, in the Gregorian calendar).
During this period, clocks will be turned back to Standard Time. This interruption in the DST schedule is designed to shorten evenings, making it easier for Muslims to observe the Ramadan fast during hours of daylight.
Resolution
Transition from DST (June 28, 2014)
A supported easy fix solution is now available from Microsoft to enable the first transition to DST on June 28, 2014. You can download the easy fix solution by clicking the one of the following Download buttons, depending on your operating system.
For Windows XP Embedded, Windows Vista, Windows 7 x86, Windows 7 x64, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 x86, Windows Server 2008 x64, or Windows Server 2008 R2 x64, Windows 8 x86, Windows 8 x64, Windows 8.1 x86, Windows 8.1 x64, Windows Server 2012 x64, or Windows Server 2012 R2 x64, please apply the following easy fix solution.
For Windows RT, please apply the following easy fix solution.
To observe the change, you have to install the easy fix solution before June 28, 2014.
After you install this easy fix solution, DST will be turned off on June 28, 2014 to mark the beginning of Ramadan.

Transition to DST (August 2, 2014)
The second transition occurs when DST resumes at the end of the Ramadan observation on August 2, 2014.
To observe the change, install the second easy fix solution during the Ramadan observance (3 A.M. on June 28, 2014 through 2 A.M. on August 2, 2014).
