FIX: Date conversion error when you use German SQL Server 2014 MDS in a German Windows operating system

Consider the following scenario:
  • You configure German SQL Server 2014 Master Data Services (MDS) in a German Windows operating system.
  • You create a Date Attribute, and enter DD.MM.YYYY formatted values.
  • You create a business rule that checks whether the Date Attribute is blank, and if the answer is "yes," sets its value to a DD.MM.YYYY formatted date value.
  • You run the business rule.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
Error: 241, Severity: 16, State: 1
Fehler beim Konvertieren einer Zeichenfolge in ein Datum und/oder eine Uhrzeit.
