Introduction

This article describes an issue in which the scrollbar for a ListBox control in a Silverlight for Windows Embedded application jumps to the left or top item in Windows Embedded Compact 7. An update is available to resolve this issue. Before you install this update, all previously issued updates for this product must be installed.

Symptoms

You run a Silverlight for Windows Embedded application that has a ListBox control that uses the ItemsPanelTemplate default value of VirtualizingStackPanel in Windows Embedded Compact 7. If you move the scrollbar from left to right or from top to bottom, and then you select a new item in the list, the scrollbar jumps back to the leftmost item or to the topmost item regardless of whether vertical or horizontal orientation for the StackPanel is selected.
