This article describes update KB3054875 for Microsoft Office 2010. This update was released on June 9, 2015, and it has a prerequisite.
Improvements and fixes
Fixes the following issues:
When you open an Office 2010 application on a computer that uses a proxy server with basic authentication, a dialog box prompts you for basic authentication credentials. This occurs even though Office.com connectivity is disabled by Group Policy settings.
When you use the Application.GetSaveAsFilename method to set the default save-as file name in the Save As dialog box in Excel 2010, the file name is blank. This issue occurs if the default file name contains double quotation marks and non-default file name extensions.
Microsoft scanned this file for viruses by using the most current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help prevent any unauthorized changes to it.
You may have to restart the computer after you install this update.
