Four JavaScript APIs are added back to Internet Explorer 11 and Internet Explorer 10

After you install the April 2015 cumulative security update for Internet Explorer (3038314), the following JavaScript methods on websites do not work:
Note This issue occurs because these methods are removed by the security update.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. This update adds the methods back. To do this, go to Microsoft Update. Additionally, see the technical information about the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer.

This update was first included in the May 2015 cumulative security update for Internet Explorer (MS15-043).
