Symptoms

When you use a custom Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) image that has a custom tool added on a Windows Server 2012 R2 platform, the Custom Tool tile is not displayed on the troubleshooting menu. This problem occurs when you start Windows RE by pressing F8 during the startup process, and then you select the repair option.
