Symptoms
When you search for an item in Microsoft Lync 2013 (Microsoft Skype for Business), the search returns many results, and you receive the following message in the client:
We found too many matches to show them all. Refine your search.Additionally, when you scroll through the list of searched results, the client crashes.
Note This issue occurs only for users who have Agent Contacts and an Agency Contacts public folder contact lists added to their address book.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the March 8, 2016 update (KB3114831) for Lync 2013 (Skype for Business).
Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
