FIX: Copy Database Wizard fails when a table contains a sparse column set in SQL Server 2012 or 2014

Symptoms
Assume that you designate a column set to return all sparse columns in a table by using the<column_set_name> FOR ALL_SPARSE_COLUMNS keyword. When you use the Copy Database Wizard to copy the database, and then you select the Use the SQL Management Object method option, the job fails and you receive the following exception:
The given ColumnMapping does not match up with any column in the source or destination.

Resolution
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative updates or Service packs of SQL Server: Recommendation: Install the latest cumulative update for SQL Server
Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. We recommend that you download and install the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server:

About Service packs for SQL Server

Service packs are cumulative. Each new service pack contains all the fixes that are in previous service packs, together with any new fixes. Our recommendation is to apply the latest service pack and the latest cumulative update for that service pack. You do not have to install a previous service pack before you install the latest service pack. Use Table 1 in the following article for finding more information about the latest service pack and latest cumulative update.
