Skype for Business 2016 freezes or crashes when you start desktop sharing
This update fixes the following issues when you start a screen-sharing session in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016:
- Screen sharing freezes several minutes after it is started on a Windows 7 operating system.
- Skype for Business client crashes when the sharer manipulates an Excel pivot table.
- The viewer sees frozen images.
To fix this issue, install the June 7, 2016 update (KB3115087) for Skype for Business 2016.
