Symptoms

This update fixes the following issues when you start a screen-sharing session in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016:

Screen sharing freezes several minutes after it is started on a Windows 7 operating system.
Skype for Business client crashes when the sharer manipulates an Excel pivot table.
The viewer sees frozen images.

To fix this issue, install the June 7, 2016 update (KB3115087) for Skype for Business 2016.
