Update adds FIPS-compliant support in SQL Server 2016
This update adds FIPS-compliant support in SQL Server 2016 by letting the Service Broker, AlwaysOn, and Database Mirroring use the SHA256 algorithm instead of the obsolete SHA1 algorithm.
