Summary
When you apply the January 25, 2022 Windows update, or later Windows updates, a notification bar may be added to certain versions of Internet Explorer 11. This notification bar is to inform users of the end of support and retirement of Internet Explorer 11 starting on June 15, 2022. Enterprise customers who want to disable this notification bar can do so by using one of the following methods.
Notes:

If you disable or don’t configure this policy setting, the notification will be displayed.

If you enable this policy setting, the notification will no longer be displayed.
Method 1: Set the Group Policy

Group Policy location: Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer

Group Policy name: Hide Internet Explorer 11 Application Retirement Notification
This policy setting allows you to prevent the notification bar that informs users of the retirement of Internet Explorer 11 from displaying.
Method 2: Use your preferred Group Policy management tool
You can also use your preferred Group Policy management tool to configure Group Policies. See here for more information about how to configure Group Policies.
Method 3: Use the Local Group Policy Editor
To do this, follow these steps:

Open the Local Group Policy Editor.

Browse to Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer and locate the Group Policy named Hide Internet Explorer 11 Application Retirement Notification.

Double-click the name to open the policy.

Configure as desired.
Background information
In May 2021, Microsoft announced that the future of Internet Explorer is in Microsoft Edge, and that the Internet Explorer 11 desktop application will be retired.
A notification bar is added to draw the users attention towards the upcoming retirement of Internet Explorer 11.
