If you've recently installed a Windows update and you are having a problem, here's how to uninstall the update to try to resolve the issue:

  1. Select Start Settings Windows Update Update history Uninstall updates .

    View update history

  2. On the list that appears, locate the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall next to it.

Note: Some updates cannot be uninstalled.
