  1. Select the text or picture to display as a hyperlink, right-click and choose Link, or press Ctrl+K.

  2. In the Link to pane, choose to link to a web page, a place in the current document, or to an email address.

  3. Type or paste the URL or link into the Address box and select OK.

Tip: You can type a URL, such as www.contoso.com, press enter, or space and it becomes a link.
