Add an account

  1. In classic Outlook, select File > Add Account.

  2. Enter the email address you want to add, then select Connect.

Change an existing account

  1. In classic Outlook, select File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

  2. Under Name, select the account you want and select Change, and then update the account as needed.
