In classic Outlook, select
​​​​​​​ People in the navigation bar on the left. -
Select Home > New Contact.

Enter a name and other details and then select Save & Close.
Tip: To save a contact directly from an email message, right-click the email address and select Add to Outlook Contacts.

In new Outlook, select
 People on the navigation bar on the left side. -
On the Home tab, select New contact.

Enter a name and other details, then select Save.Â
Tip: You can enter additional contact information any time. Select the contact from the list, select Edit, and begin adding more information.Â
