SharePoint no longer contains an HTML editor. However, in SharePoint you can do most tasks without touching code. Here are some places you can find some answers.
Building SharePoint sites and pages
If you're looking to create sites and pages on a SharePoint site, you don't need an HTML editor, page editing is all built in SharePoint. If you need to go further than SharePoint allows, use SharePoint Designer for full customisation.
