Open the file you want to label.

On the Home tab, selectÂ
 Sensitivity. -
Choose the sensitivity label that applies to your file.
Note:Â Sensitivity labels may not be available if your Office account isn't a work account with a Office 365 Enterprise E3 or Office 365 Enterprise E5 license assigned, if your administrator hasn't configured any sensitivity labels and enabled the feature for you, or if the Azure Information Protection client isn't running in Microsoft 365.
