Meeting organizers have always been able to view which attendees have accepted, tentatively accepted, or declined a meeting invitation. Now, if the meeting was created by someone using Microsoft 365, all attendees who are using Microsoft 365 can also see the responses to the meeting invitation.
Where can attendees view responses?
The attendee list and responses are currently available in all Outlook apps except Outlook for Android. Responses won't be visible in non-Outlook apps.

For smaller meetings, specifically meetings with less than fifty attendees, it can take 15 minutes for changes to appear for attendees. For meetings with more than fifty attendees, changes make take up to a full day to proliferate entirely to all attendees.

In all versions of Outlook other than Outlook for Windows, if an Microsoft 365 attendee chooses to accept, tentatively accept, or decline the invitation and to not send a response, the attendee list seen by the organizer and other attendees in Microsoft 365 is updated to reflect the attendee's response. In Outlook for Windows, if the attendee chooses not to send a response, the response can't be viewed by the organizer or other attendees. We do plan to update this behavior in Outlook for Windows as well, but do not yet have an expected release date.
The attendee list can't be hidden from attendees yet. However, if you're interested in this functionality, let us know! See How do I give feedback on Microsoft Office for more information.
