You can keep the macros in place and manually save this file. Go to File > Save or press CTRL+S (Windows) or Command+S (Mac).  

You can remove the macros to re-enable AutoSave. On the ribbon, go to the Developer tab and select Macros.  In the displayed Macros panel, select and Delete each listed macro. 

Note: If you don't see the Developer tab on the ribbon, you can turn it on. See: Show the Developer tab for more information.
