Getting too many emails or notifications from Yammer? You can control this without unsubscribing - just change your Yammer notification settings. When your organization has chosen to use Yammer, you can't unsubscribe yourself.

To stop getting notifications, follow the steps in Enable or disable Yammer email and phone notifications. You can still go to Yammer if and when you want it, but you won't get reminders.

If you really want out, you'll need to ask your IT administrator to turn off access for your Yammer account.
