To check who has access to the file look for a people icon Icon for a shared file with People and cloud next to the file or See who has access to a shared file or folder.

If the file has an in-progress icon by the file name,   The sync in progress icon  A blue cloud icon showing sync in progress  A white cloud icon showing sync in progress, it is being synced. To pause or stop syncing, see Stop or turn off sync.
