  1. In the classic Outlook  outlook calendar icon Calendar, select a meeting that you've organized.

  2. On the Meeting tab, select Cancel Meeting.

  3. Add a note in the meeting cancellation window if you like.

  4. Select Send Cancellation to alert your attendees that the meeting is canceled.

Tip: To change your response for a meeting you've been invited to, on the Meeting Occurrence tab, select Accept, Tentative, Decline, or Propose New Time.
