In the classic OutlookÂ
 Calendar, select a meeting that you've organized. -
On the Meeting tab, select Cancel Meeting.

Add a note in the meeting cancellation window if you like.

Select Send Cancellation to alert your attendees that the meeting is canceled.
Tip: To change your response for a meeting you've been invited to, on the Meeting Occurrence tab, select Accept, Tentative, Decline, or Propose New Time.

In the new Outlook​​​​​​​ Â
 Calendar, double-click to open a meeting that you've organized. -
On the Meeting tab, select Cancel.

Add a note in the meeting cancellation window if you like.

Select Send to alert attendees that the meeting is canceled.
Tip: To change your response for a meeting you've been invited to, on the Meeting Occurrence tab, select Yes, Maybe, No, or Propose New Time.

In the Outlook for Mac​​​​​​​ Calendar, select a meeting that you've organized.

Select Cancel Meeting.
