Select the picture on the slide.

On the Picture Format tab, select Color.

Choose from several preset options for Color Saturation, Color Tone, and Recolor.Â
Point at any option to get a preview of how it will affect the picture. Click an option to apply it.

At the bottom of the Color gallery, there are more options, if needed. You can choose another color, select a certain color to be transparent, or use Picture Color Options to make manual adjustments.

Changing the color of a picture isn't currently possible in PowerPoint for the web. You can, however, change the color of a picture in the PowerPoint desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select
 Editing and choose Open in Desktop App. ​​​​​​​
