Connect over audio or video in Microsoft Teams (free)
Keeping in touch with people is easy with Microsoft Teams (free) in Windows 11. With one click, you can jump on a call with a contact or group. With the free version of Teams, you get:

Unlimited 1:1 meetings for up to 30 hours.

Unlimited group meetings for up to 60 minutes.

Up to 100 participants per meeting.

Make it easier to access the mini Teams window when you pin Teams to your taskbar.
From Meet

From the mini Teams window in Windows 11, select the Meet

You'll have the option of customizing your meeting name, select to Get a link to share, then Start your meeting.

Get a link to share will copy the meeting link to your clipboard and then you can Start meeting or select Done and you can join the meeting later.

Start meeting will get your meeting started right away and allow your participants to join when they can.

After you start the meeting, you can select participants, Copy meeting link to generate a link to share, or Share via default email to send an email with the meeting invitation.

From the mini Teams window in Windows 11, select any chat to open it.

Use the Video call
