If you've crafted the perfect project in Project for the web and want to reuse it, you can create a copy.
-
Open the project.
-
In the project header, select the three dots (...) and then choose Copy plan.
You'll now be working in the newly copied project, which is named "[Project Name] - Copy".
Everything has been copied from the original project to the copied project except the project's Group members and assignments. When you're ready, you may want to:
-
Rename your project: Select the project's name, and then, in the project details pane, type a new name and choose Enter.
-
Share your project with others by assigning tasks and creating or adding a group: To find out how, see Share a project and assign tasks
