You can create a decision tree in several ways:

  • SmartArt: On the Insert tab, select SmartArt. Under Hierarchy, choose Horizontal Hierarchy. Use the SmartArt tab to add and edit nodes on your tree. For more info see Create a hierarchy.

  • Flowcharts: On the Insert tab, choose Shapes and select the Flowchart gallery. Choose and drag shapes to build your tree. For more info, see Create a flow chart for a process.

  • Templates: On the File tab, select New, and search for tree. You can also search templates on create.microsoft.com. An internet search can also provide a wide range of third-party templates for PowerPoint.

Tip: If you have Visio, on the Insert tab in PowerPoint, select Object and choose New. Select Visio to build a decision tree. When you're done, add the Visio drawing in your presentation.
