Microsoft Forms

Important: Before creating group forms or quizzes, you'll need to create at least one group. For more info, see Learn about Microsoft 365 groups. This feature is available only with a Microsoft 365 business account. 

  1. Under My Groups, select the group where you'd like to create a new form or quiz.

  2. Select New Group Form or New Group Quiz.

To move an existing form or quiz to a group, go to My Forms, hover over the form you'd like to move, select More options (...), and choose  Move form to a group icon Move to a group.
