Create a OneDrive desktop shortcut

Select a different account.

You have multiple accounts

Choose the account you want to sign in with.

OneDrive (work or school) OneDrive (home or personal) OneDrive for Mac OneDrive for Windows More...Less

Select OneDrive in the Notification tray at the bottom of your screen and choose Open folder.
Can't see the OneDrive icon?
Pick OneDrive, a file, or folder to create a shortcut from:
- For OneDrive, right-click the OneDrive icon in the left folder pane.
- For a file or folder, right-click the file or folder.
Select Send to > Desktop (create shortcut).
