Create a venn diagram

1. On the Insert tab, select   SmartArt.

2. Select Relationship.

3. Choose one of the Venn diagrams and select OK.

You can create a linear Venn diagram in PowerPoint for the web: 

1. On the Insert tab, select   SmartArt.

2. In the gallery that appears, under List, select Linear Venn.

   A default chart is added with a text editor. Each bullet item in the editor corresponds to an oval in the diagram.

3. Use the text editor to assign a label to each oval in the diagram.

4. Select X to close the text editor. 

5. Select the SmartArt tab for style, color, and size options to apply to the graphic.
