Select the cells that should have the drop-down, on the Data tab, selectÂ
 Data Validation. -
In the Allow drop-down, choose List.

For Source, do one of the following:

Type drop-down items separate by commas, like Yes,No,Maybe.

Choose a range by typing =Range_Name.

Select the Source field, then click and drag a list of values from a row or column in the worksheet.Â
