Primary keys
Select this check box to display primary keys in the model. Options under Order specify how primary keys appear. If this check box is cleared, a column designated as a primary key does not appear in the diagram unless the column has another property that must be displayed in the Annotations column.
Foreign keys
Select this check box to display foreign keys in the model. If this check box is cleared, a column that is designated as a foreign key does not appear in the diagram unless the column has another property that must be displayed in the Annotations column.
Alternate keys
Select this check box to display alternate keys in the model for any columns that have a unique index. If this check box is cleared, a column with an alternate key does not appear in the diagram unless the column has another property that must be displayed in the Annotations column.
Indexes
Select this check box to display columns that have an index in the model (but not those with a unique index). If this check box is cleared, a column with an index does not appear in the diagram unless the column has another property that must be displayed in the Annotations column.
Non keys
Select this check box to display all columns that are not keys in the model. If this check box is cleared, a column that is not a key does not appear in the diagram unless the column has another property that must be displayed in the Annotations column.
Annotations
Select this check box to annotate columns in a model by displaying the following column property symbols:

Vertical line(s)
Select this check box to display a vertical line in the database table shape to separate the column name from annotations and data types.
Don't show
Click to hide information about column data types (the default).
Show physical
Click to display physical data types in a model based on the current target database; these data types will be used in the physical model.
Show portable
Click to display the portable data types. Portable datatypes are generically defined types that map to similar, compatible physical data types in different database systems.
Primary keys at top
For data models that support the separate display of primary keys, click to display the table columns with the primary keys at the top.
Draw separator line
For data models that support the separate display of primary keys, select this check box to display a horizontal separator between the last primary key column and the first non-primary key column.
Physical order
Click to display the table component keys in the order they appear in the database. The primary key is not separated from other columns.
Show IDEF1X optionality '(0)'
Select this check box to display the optionality symbol for models using IDEF1X notation.
Defaults
Click to make the current settings the default settings for the document (Set As), or to reset the default settings to those last set for the document (Restore) or to the Microsoft Office Visio defaults (Restore Original).
