Hello,

Choose the account you want to sign in with.

Make sure the program you want to share is open.

Program sharing isn’t available for the following programs, but you can use Desktop Sharing if you want to show these programs in your meeting:

  • File Explorer

  • Lync

  • OneNote*

  • Sticky Notes

  • Windows Sidebar

  • Zune Software

  • Programs you are running with higher credentials than Lync credentials.

*OneNote sharing is available with other versions of Lync, so you might see other users sharing notes during a meeting.

Program sharing is not available if you’re conducting your meeting on a remote computer running Windows Vista or an older version of Windows Server 2008.

Tip:  We recommend that you don’t share Windows Media Player in a meeting. If you need to show a video, you can insert it in a PowerPoint presentation and upload the file in the meeting to play the video.
