ISSUE

When a user selects Scheduling Poll from the ribbon in Outlook for Windows, it returns the error message “Loading Findtime failed. Please try again. If the error persists, please contact us."

STATUS: BY DESIGN

To resolve this error, users will need to request that a Microsoft 365 Tenant Admin follow the steps in Scheduling Poll articles.
