Project Roadmap requires the use of Power Automate, which is provisioned as part of your Project subscription. You may encounter an error "We can't update your roadmap because there is an error in the flow or your organization has a Power Automate DLP policy that prevents flows that use one of these connectors from running Project Roadmap" as shown in the following illustration. This article addresses how to resolve this issue.
Organizations can set up Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies by navigating to Data policies in the Power Platform admin center. Through the medium of the policy, admins can categorize connectors into Business, Non-Business, and Blocked for single or multiple environments.
For Roadmap flow to run successfully, the following five connectors that Roadmap uses should be under the same group (Business/Non-Business) in the default environment.

Project Online Connector

Azure DevOps Connector
This movement of the connectors under the same group ensures Roadmap flows run swiftly. All Roadmap rows before the change will still show the error while the subsequent ones should be error free.
