  1. On the Home tab in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, select the Font color button with arrow Font color down arrow.

  2. Select  Font More Colors icon More colors and then select the Custom tab.

  3. Select a color from the color chart, and copy the Hex value shown below it.

  4. Paste the value into the Microsoft Forms Hex color value field.

Tip: To sample a color from another picture, use the PowerPoint desktop app. Paste a picture onto a slide. Under  Font color button with arrow Font color, select  Eyedropper icon Eyedropper to sample a color from the picture and follow the steps above. The captured color's Hex value will appear in the Hex value field.
