In classic Outlook, granting delegate access to another person allows them to receive and respond to email messages and meeting requests on your behalf.

Select File > Account Settings > Delegate Access.

Select Add.

Type the name of the person whom you want to designate as your delegate, then press Enter.Â

Select the name of the person you want, then select Add, then select OK.

In the Delegate Permissions dialog box, select the specific permissions you want to grant, then select OK.
