Grouping, also known as Outlining, is used to organize data and let you expand or collapse areas more easily.

Select the columns to include the group.

Select the Data tab and then Group in the Outline area.
You can also press option+shift+right arrow.
Tip: To ungroup, go to Data and select Ungroup, or press option+shift+left arrow.
