Go to Outlook Mobile > Settings.

Select Siri Shortcuts.

Select Play My Emails.

Tap the red button to record your Siri Shortcut.
When you want to use Play My Emails with Siri, invoke Siri and use the phrase you set up, such as "Read my emails."
