Tip: We are aware that some users may not be able to get support in the Outlook.com Help pane when using the Safari browser:
1. Open Safari and choose Safari > Preferences > Privacy
2. Uncheck Website Tracking: Prevent cross-site tracking
3. Uncheck Always allow cookies: Block all cookies

To see self-help answers or to get support via email, use the Help button in Outlook.com.

at the top of your Outlook.com mailbox.

Enter your question or issue in the Search Help box on the right, and then press Return.

If the self-help answers don't resolve your issue, try a different search, or scroll to the bottom of the Help pane and, under Still need help?, select Yes.

If you're not getting any replies from support
If your mailbox is full, we won't be able to reply to your request.
