The Teams device store is a new feature in Microsoft Teams that lets you discover and purchase Teams certified devices from within the app. Teams certified devices are devices that have been tested and verified to provide high quality audio and video experiences with Teams. You can browse a variety of devices, such as headsets, speakers, web cameras, desk phones, and learn more about their features and prices. You can also add devices to your cart and check out securely with your preferred payment method.

  • Discover the latest and best Teams certified devices for Teams calls and meetings in a single familiar place within the product.

  • Browse devices by features, prices, and easily find the one you need based on filters.

  • When you buy any Teams Room device from the store, you also get free expert support for 90-days after delivery, to help you set up and manage them.

  • Hassle-free returns: Return almost any device within 30 days.

How to use the Teams device store

The Teams device store is like an e-commerce web store where you can search, sort, or filter devices by various criteria, such as category, brand, price, or space. You can also view detailed information about each device, such as its specifications, features, availability, and pricing.

From your desktop app or web browser:

  1. Select Apps from the left pane in Teams to open the store.

  2. Select Devices to view Teams certified devices store.

  4. Select the device that you want to learn more about or purchase.

  5. On the device page, you can see the device name, price, description, and images.

  6. If you want to buy the device, select the Add to cart button. You can add multiple devices to your cart.

  7. When you are ready to check out, select the Cart in the top right corner of the page. From here you can review your order, edit your cart, or remove items from your cart.

  8. Select Checkout to proceed to the payment page. Then choose your preferred payment method, such as a credit card or debit card. You can also enter your billing and shipping information.

  9. Select Place order to complete your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

Payment and fulfilment

When you purchase devices from the device store, the payment and fulfillment, including shipping and delivery, are handled by UnifiedCommunications.com (a Microsoft third-party fulfillment partner), under their terms of service and privacy policy

What if I can't view the Teams device store?

The Teams device store is currently limited to commercial customers only, in US and Canada.  EDU tenants will not see this store. Also, it is limited to customers with user licenses less than or equal to three hundred.

As we continue to expand the offering, you can explore the public web store of all Teams certified devices here: Microsoft Teams enabled devices.

What if I can't make a purchase from the store?

If you are able to view the device store, but not able to purchase, it might be possible that you have turned off optional connected experiences in Teams or it might be turned off by your IT department.

To check the first case, you can enable optional connected experiences by visiting privacy settings in Teams. And make sure to turn the toggle on. For more information, see Overview of optional connected experiences in Microsoft Teams.

If this doesn’t enable the purchase in device store, it means that the purchase has been disabled by your IT department.
