Office apps
Use Office Online for free
Create, share, and collaborate from anywhere using the online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more. All you need is a desktop browser and a Microsoft account.
Use OneNote for free
OneNote is a digital notebook that automatically saves and syncs your notes. You'll need to create a Microsoft account to use OneNote.

Press the Start button on the lower-left corner of your screen.

Type OneNote, and then select the OneNote icon. (Make sure you don't select the OneNote 2016 icon.)
Windows 10 apps
WordPad is a basic word processor that's included with Windows 10.

Mail is an email app that's included with Windows 10.
