There are timer add-ins you can install in PowerPoint.

  1. On the ribbon, select Home and then select Add-ins > Get Add-ins. 

  2. Type timer into the search box, then select the search icon.

  3. Choose the timer you want and select Add.

  4. Accept the terms of service and select Continue.

  5. To use the add-in, go to the Home tab and then select Add-ins > My Add-ins.
