Go to Insert > Footer.

Choose a built‑in footer style. ​​​​​​​To create your own, select Blank, then add and format your content.

To edit an existing footer, select Edit Footer (or double‑click the footer area).

To remove a footer, select Insert > Footer > Remove Footer.

If you’ve created a custom footer you want to reuse, select Save Selection to Footer Gallery.

When you’re finished, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.
