Insert a waterfall chart

1. Select data that resembles the following structure and values:

   

2. On the Insert tab. select   Recommended Charts.

3. Select All Charts, choose   Waterfall and select OK.

Tip: You can also select Funnel, Stock, Surface, or Radar chart.
