Keyboard shortcuts for Picture Manager

Move between panes

To do this	Press
Move clockwise among panes of normal view	F6
Move counterclockwise among panes of normal view	SHIFT+F6

Switch views in the preview pane

To do this	Press
Thumbnail View	CTRL+T
Single Picture view	CTRL+G
Filmstrip View	CTRL+B

Zoom in or out on pictures

To do this	Press
Zoom in	+
Zoom out	-
Zoom to fit	=

Select all pictures

To do this	Press
Select all pictures	CTRL+A

Select multiple pictures

To do this	Press
One picture to the right	SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW
One picture to the left	SHIFT+LEFT ARROW
One row up	SHIFT+UP ARROW
One row down	SHIFT+DOWN ARROW

Delete and copy pictures

To do this	Press
Delete the selected pictures	DELETE
Cut selected pictures	CTRL+X
Copy selected pictures	CTRL+C
Paste cut or copied pictures	CTRL+V
Undo the last action	CTRL+Z

Color, brightness, and contrast

To do this	Press
Color, brightness, and contrast	CTRL+Q

Help pane

The Help Pane is a task pane that provides access to all Office Help content. As a task pane, the Help Pane appears as part of the active application.

To do this	Press
Display the Help Pane	F1
Select the next item in the Help Pane	TAB
Select the previous item in the Help Pane	SHIFT+TAB
Perform the action for the selected item	ENTER
Move back to the previous task pane	ALT+LEFT ARROW
Move forward to the next task pane	ALT+RIGHT ARROW

Help window

The Help window displays topics and other Help content and appears as a window next to, but separate from, the active application.

To do this	Press
Move back to the previous Help topic	ALT+LEFT ARROW
Move forward to the next Help topic	ALT+RIGHT ARROW
Print the current Help topic	CONTROL+P
Display a menu of commands for the Help window; requires that the Help window have active focus (click an item in the Help window).	SHIFT+F10
