Always drop from model

Click to specify that deleting an Entity, View, or Type shape removes the entity, view, or type from the model, as well as its visual representation (that is, the particular Entity, View, or Type shape) from the drawing page.

Drop From Model Only If Last Occurrence On Diagram

Click to specify that deleting an Entity, View, or Type shape removes the entity, view, or type from the model only if no other visual representation of the table exists.

Never Drop From Model

Click to specify that deleting an Entity, View, or Type shape removes only its visual representation (that is, the particular Entity, View, or Type shape) from the drawing page. An instance of the entity, view, or type remains in the Tables and Views window or Types window.

Ask User What To Do

Click to specify that whenever you delete an Entity, View, or Type shape from the diagram, a message box appears asking whether to remove the shape but to retain an instance of the entity, view, or type in the Tables and Views window or Types window, or to remove both the shape and the entity, view, or type it represents from the diagram.
